Go to :

  1. INVOICING section 
  2. click on MORE 
  3. then NEWSLETTERS

Click on ADD NEWSLETTER or on the "+" button. 

Fill the information then SUBMIT.
If you want to add members, click here for more details. There are more options on the "..." button if needed. 

You have managed your invoicing notification mail !

All mails sent will appear on the History bloc on the right.
