(If you have the permission of Admin/Director/Accountant, click here to know how to validate an expense report.) 

Click on :

  1. EXPENSES section
  2. then select the expense report. 

Then, click on : 

  1. GO TO DETAIL to manage your expense report
  2. or SUBMIT DRAFT if you haven't done it before. If the expense report is complete, it will appear on the VALIDATION section. 

Note: all underlined data can me updated. 

When you are done, SUBMIT DRAFT to confirm your expense report. 

You have managed your expense report !
