How to calculate my fees by cost brackets?

There are several methods for calculating fees. Here is how to calculate them by cost brackets:

When you’re in the Fees tab of your project, click on the blue button at the top right of the table labeled “Fee calculation method.”

Check both modules: “Construction costs” and “Cost brackets.”

Then click on “Manage brackets” to define your ranges: add a first bracket starting from zero up to an amount x. Then create a second bracket from x+1 to y, and so on. You can create as many brackets as you need.

OOTI will calculate a total fee, which you can then distribute across phases by clicking “Apply to phases.”

If the construction cost changes and moves to another bracket, the fee amount will automatically be recalculated.
