How to make a partial credit?

Partial credits are not yet available on OOTI, but we offer another alternative.

Unfortunately, we do not yet manage partial credit on OOTI.
However, here is what you can do:

Step 1: make a partial payment on the invoice, of the amount of the credit note.
So if your invoice is 100€ but you want to make a credit note of 60€, you will have to make a payment of 60€ on the invoice, as if it were a partial payment.

Step 2: cancel the same invoice, after making the partial payment.
This will create a draft credit note that you can delete.

Step 3: create a new invoice of type Other but with a negative amount, of the amount of the credit note.
On my example, it will be a new "other" invoice for an amount of -60€.
