OOTI allows you to modify the weekly limit of a collaborator while maintaining the history of their previous work periods thanks to the Weekly limits history function.

1️⃣ Go to Settings > Modules > Time

2️⃣ Activate the Weekly Limits History module if not already done

3️⃣ Go to Settings > Time > Collaborators

4️⃣ Click on the blue clock icon to the right of the employee concerned

5️⃣ Create a new period with the old weekly limits, then save. You do not need to create a period for the current limits because they depend on the current settings.

This manipulation is essential before any modification of the contract or working time to avoid rate discrepancies in the reports.
