I/ Add your fees by entity
Here is the article explaining how to create an entity on OOTI: Click here.
Once the entity has been created, add it to your fee project by clicking on Manage companies > + Company.
Select the entity you want and save.
The entity now appears in your fees. You can allocate the fees between the different entities/companies active on the project.
II/ Production planning
From your project planning, you can view the phase scheduling of your different entities.
By default, the phases are synchronized, but if your internal entity has a different pace or deadline, go to the filters and select your entity.
You will see a blue schedule on a grey background.
The grey part corresponds to the project planning (directive), and the blue phases correspond to the co- or subcontracting entity’s phases.
You are free to modify the phase dates.
III/ Progress
Progress works in the same way as production planning.
The progress of phases across the different entities is synchronized.
You can select the entity using the blue View button.
You can also desynchronize progress in order to enter a distinct progress level for each entity.
To do this, click on the three small green figures to the right of the phase progress percentage.
You can also go to an entity > select all phases > click on Actions to desynchronize all phases of the entity in one click.
IV/ Invoicing and costs
All intragroup-related features are centralized within a single project.
To choose from which entity you want to issue the invoice, you must use a selector.
In the Invoicing tab > click on + Invoice > select the correct entity in the “Teams” field.
When you enter an invoice from the internal subcontractor entity (B) to another internal entity (A), this automatically generates a cost invoice for entity A.
You simply need to validate the invoice.
