💡 What is the difference between the billable hourly rate and the payable hourly rate?
The hourly rate payable is the average hourly cost of all collaborators on the role. The average hourly cost is calculated based on employee contracts. In a way, that's what a collaborator costs the agency.
The billable hourly rate is the hourly rate sold based on the role of the agency, during a client service.
