There is an error message when I import my data, what should I do?

You have imported your data : time, invoicing, projects... but there is an error message during the import on some or all the lines of your file? We explain everything to you here.

Some fields are incorrectly filled with dates or numbers when text is required.

When filling out the template, make sure that each field is filled in as shown in the example.

If the cell is a text field, such as "project name," then you can fill it with text and/or numbers if you wish.

If the cell is a percentage field, for example, like VAT, you can only enter numbers, the same goes for dates, the format must remain consistent.

You are not using the latest OOTI template.

Have you used the latest template on OOTI? When importing your data, make sure you have the latest downloadable example file from the platform.
