How do I invite my collaborators?
Give access to OOTI to your collaborators so that they consult their projects, enter their times or more, depending on the permissions

⚠️ It is essential that the super admin invites his collaborators from his OOTI account. If they try to create their account themselves, they will not be linked to the agency's account.
I/ From settings
Click on your first name at the top right > collaborators, then on + collaborator.
Fill in the information:
- First and last name
- Team (in the case of several entities)
- Team permissions
- Project permissions
- Assigned projects
- Super admin or not
Click Send Invitation. Your collaborator will receive the invitation link in his mailbox.
II/ From employee files
Go to Collaborators > collaborator > do + collaborator
Fill in the information on his file and save.
Once the card has been created, click on it, and click on Send the invitation by email. Your collaborator will receive the invitation link in his mailbox.
There you go 🎉 you have invited your collaborators on OOTI.
