At OOTI, the Customer Success team is available to all users on a daily basis, even after product deployment support.
If you have questions, problems to report to us and you need help, you have two solutions.
1. Chat
It's the purple bubble at the bottom right of your screen that allows you to access the online chat. It is indeed the CS team responding to you, not bots.
2. Email
If you prefer to work by email, you can contact your Customer Success Manager via his email address or via support@ooti.co.
Methodology
We do not have access to your data on OOTI. So, when you have a problem, it's important to give us as much information as possible so that we can best help you. Your request should be as detailed as possible. Here is a list of items you can send us depending on the situation.
1. A complete description
Describe your problem to us in as much detail as possible. What is it about ? In what context ? In a project, are there co-contractors, subcontractors, direct payment subcontractors? Is this a multi-client project?
2. Screenshots
Take as many screenshots as possible to better illustrate the situation.
3. Invoices & NDFs
When it comes to questions about invoices, do not hesitate to send us the PDFs of these, as well as the URL links (click on the invoice to display it then copy the URL from your browser) and the status of these. The same goes for expense reports!
4. Identifiers
Send us this information if necessary:
- Names of collaborators
- Employee email addresses
- Project IDs and names
- Client IDs and names
5. Support Access Module
To save time in your interactions with support, feel free to activate the module that will grant us access to your account. To do this, go to the top right corner, click on your name > settings > support access > activate the module.
We will have access to your account as long as the module is active; you can deactivate it at any time.
