📌CONNECT OOTI TO QUICKBOOKS📌

Here are all the detailed steps to connect your OOTI account to your QUICKBOOKS account (to access QuickBooks, click here):

  1. Go to your name > Settings > Billing > Integrations.

  2. Click on Connect QuickBooks.
    (If you have multiple entities in OOTI, you’ll see their names listed.)

  3. Fill out the form.

  4. Select your company, then click Continue.

  5. Accept the data sharing permissions by clicking Connect.

That’s it! 🎉

You’ve successfully connected QuickBooks to OOTI using your login credentials.

You can revoke access at any time if needed.

📌SYNC YOUR INVOICES📌

💡 Good to know : if an invoice already exists in QuickBooks, it will be synced for verification but not transferred.

In your invoice list, click on the “...” options > Sync with QuickBooks next to an invoice.

To sync multiple invoices at once, select them using the dots,
then open the dropdown menu > Sync with QuickBooks.

To make invoice management easier, use filters to display your synced or unsynced invoices.
