      OOTI Security and Data

      At OOTI, the security of your data is at the heart of our concerns and we do everything we can to protect your business.

      DATA 🗄

      · Management of all hosting facilities by Amazon Web Services (European servers)

      · You own your data and are free to export it at any time.

      · Recurring and daily backups are performed automatically to prevent you from losing data.

      · The export of your data can be done in XLS or JSON format.

      · In the event of termination, we keep your data for a period of 6 months before deletion, except at your request.

      · All AxonePro employees are subject to strict confidentiality conditions present in their contract

      RELIABILITY AND SECURITY 🛡

      · We offer multi-factor authentication.

      · All transmissions between client and server and external systems are via HTTPS encryption

      · We follow the SSL protocol for the "at rest" and "transit" of data

      · Network connectivity is provided by several major carriers.

      · Critical servers have redundant power supplies.

      · Critical components are deployed in (at least) redundant pairs.

      · Encrypted inter-server and inter-data center communication.

      · Security audits every 6 months by an independent external service provider.

      · Internal monthly audits

      · Implementation of access control and firewall system.

      · Safety briefing for all newcomers to AxonePro (rules, protocols and best practices)

      LIABILITY/AVAILABILITY 💯

      · Our primary responsibility is your satisfaction with our services. We consistently work on OOTI and this results in regular and free updates which improve the software, so that it is more and more adapted to your needs.

      · We have established a crisis management process to deal with any eventuality. This is available on request.

      · Major software updates are performed based on user traffic during weekends or evenings. In 2022 AxonePro had an uptime of 99.994%, an indicator that continues to improve.

      Finally, we are always available to discuss with you in order to find solutions to your problems of use on OOTI or internal agency management. But you already know that 😊
