Otherwise in the list of your opportunities in opportunities > opportunities (table view), click on the options ... > mark as signed.

It's done !
Your opportunity will be moved from the "opportunities" section and will be put in the "projects" section.
2) Impacts
Your project comes to life and a story has already taken place: times have already been entered into the project by your collaborators, a schedule has already been drawn up, etc.
Now it's up to you to manage and steer your project.
II/ Lost opportunity
You were not selected, so the opportunity is lost? Too bad, a small glass of champagne is needed to forget! 🍾
1) Navigation
By going to the opportunities, click on your opportunity then on actions > mark as lost.
Otherwise in the list of your opportunities in opportunities > opportunities (table vision), click on the options ... > mark as lost.
Indicate the reason why this opportunity is lost then Save.
2) Impacts: invoicing the indemnity
The data of this opportunity is not lost: the times spent are well kept, if invoices have been made, they are well accounted for in the CA of the agency etc etc
You had also added a "competition" phase which represents the allowances. (click here to find out more) you can then invoice it so that it is counted in your turnover.
Your case is not deleted. You can always find it by using the filter then "lost opportunities": you will find them all here.
