Time settings setup — step-by-step guide

Here’s what you need to prepare before setting your employees’ schedules.

To optimally set the times of your employees on OOTI, here is the list of information to collect :

  • What are your employees' contracts ? (hours/week)

  • Do you allow overtime ? (If yes, how much per week)

  • Are there compensatory time within your agency? (List the employees concerned)

  • Are there RTTs in your agency? (List the concerned employees)

  • Are some of your employees part-time and/or working on weekends? (List the employees concerned and see their week structure)

  • Collect your employees' current leave, compensatory time and RTT balances.

Documents to be collected :

  • Employment contracts and payslips.

Once you have all this information, you are ready to set up times on your OOTI account ! 🎉
