There are, of course, some special cases, but most of the time, to set up your team member’s time in day-based mode, we recommend that you:
create a weekly structure for them,
do not enable overtime for this weekly structure,
set a daily limit of 7h or a weekly limit of 35h (or any value you prefer),
choose percentage as the input method.
This way, your team member will log their time as 25/50/75% of their day, without referring to hours.
