From the general settings > style guide, you can manage the formatting of your invoices.
You can create as many style guides as you wish, for your different markets and entities, with different logos, according to your needs.
You can choose to create a template for your invoices, your proposals or both and adapt the contents of the header and footer accordingly.
Don’t forget to configure the header of page 2, which will be at the top of your reports and expense reports.
In the left column, you can manage the general settings of your invoice.
In the Design tab, you can choose the font, size and color of the font. The "primary color" is the color that will appear on the header of the fee table.
To move up or down the footer or header, you can change the top or bottom margins (by adding digits between 0 and 50). The left and right margins are used to decrease or increase lateral spaces.
The Labels tab is useful if you keep the default chart.
In the Proforma field, you can choose the name that your invoice will have when it is in draft, before being validated.
In the Invoice field, you can choose the name that your invoice will have when it is validated. e.g.: Bill
In the Credit note field, you can choose the name your credit note will have, once validated.
The display fields that can be checked are all the labels present by default on your invoice. As long as they are not filled in the left menu of your invoices, they will not appear.
If you uncheck them, they will no longer be present in the left column of your invoices.
The Advanced tab is useful if you want to completely customize your graphic charter.
In the field "Use customization in CSS", you can enter lines of code to customize your charter.
The "Customize invoice header" field allows you to customize the box above the fee table.
The "Customize invoice footer" field allows you to customize the box below the fee table.
