To edit your proposals, the first thing to do is to go to the general settings > style guide.
From this tab, by clicking on + style guide and choosing the type "proposals and reports", you can customize the header and footer of your proposals.

Then, go to a project, tab fees > proposal > + proposal and choose your model.
You can also create your model from settings > projects > proposal models, but we invite you to build your proposal directly on a project, to have an overview of the variables that you paste from the preview tab.
⚠️ As long as you have not indicated anything on the cover page or document, the configured header and footer will not be visible in the preview.
In the cover page tab, indicate the text and paste the desired variables for the presentation page of your proposal.
In the document tab, fill in all the text and variables desired for your proposal.
We advise you to make a version as generic as possible, to use it as the basis for your next proposals.
Don’t forget to save all your actions.
Once configured, then click on actions > save as new template to create your proposal template.
On your next proposals, you will just need to choose your model as a base and then manually modify the desired information if necessary.
